OVERVIEW
Junior Achievement of Southwest New England (JASWNE), a regional office of JA USA, is both a nationally-recognized and a locally beloved nonprofit that is “dedicated to giving young people the knowledge and skills they need to own their economic success, plan for their future, and make smart academic and economic choices.”
Through their financial literacy, entrepreneurship and work-readiness programming, JASWNE engages more than 30,000 students each year with life changing experiences, and has improved the lives of thousands of JA alumni.

For the past 18+ years, LoudenClear has helped lead the marketing and brand development for JASWNE. This work has included a broad array of engagements from brand strategy, messaging and donor cultivation and engagement programs, to crafting the past 18 annual reports and architecting and executing audience-specific communication programs in support of the organization’s growth and financial goals.
In recent years, the partnership has grown to the point where LoudenClear acts as both the Fractional CMO and the outsourced marketing department for JASWNE. In this expanded partnership, we manage the organization’s promotions, communications and social media, optimizing the impact that their marketing budget can deliver.
IMPACT
During our partnership, the donor engagement programs have helped triple the organization’s annual operating budget, grown its endowment by 500%, and resulted in their receiving the “Five Star Award,” recognizing JASWNE as among the top JA offices in the world for 8 years running. The annual reports and other communication efforts have also established a new benchmark of quality for JA offices across the country.
